For all fans coming out to Lake Fairfax Park to enjoy SoccerFest, here are some helpful tips to know about the tournament:
Portable toilets will be conveniently located near the fields for all to use.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the weekend.
Located at tents onsite, our field marshals will coordinate scores with referees, provide general information and have access to contact onsite EMTs.
SoccerFest provides an emphasis on enjoying the great sports of soccer and treating everyone with respect on and off the field. All participants, officials and spectators are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship.
Two EMT officials will be working onsite during the weekend to provide first response to any situation requiring medical attention. They are not trainers for teams (i.e. they will not perform preventive procedures such as taping ankles). In the event of an emergency, here are two closest medical facilities:

Look for parking signs and attendants to direct you to onsite parking, which will be located near the playing fields. There will be a drop off area where you can drive to, temporarily park and unload equipment from your vehicle. Limited handicapped parking will also be available.
Thunder and Lightning Policy:
In case of thunder or lightning occurring during SoccerFest, play will be suspended immediately. Everyone will be advised through public address announcement and staff engagement with teams and fans to immediately leave the field, and seek shelter in their vehicles, for a minimum of 30 minutes. The 30-minute waiting period starts again if additional thunder/lightning is observed. If inclement weather persists, SoccerFest organizers will determine whether to continue play or terminate the session.
